A: Possibly...you need to be able to drill 1"holes to hold 3/4" post. The posts hold swctions of fence together. Good Luck
A: It would be a challenge for a DIYer. You would have to drill out the brick accurately, then cement the posts in. These are really designed for lawn mounting. good luck.

A: You have to be able to pound the joining rods into the ground a good 6 inches or so. If there is soil next to the wall, you can do it. Otherwise, I would so no.
A: Probably not. The posts need to be driven into the ground about 10-12 inches.
A: Do you mean on top of the wall or against the wall. I used mortar and put it within a mini rock wall. Looks awesome. You can mortar anything against anything I suppose.
