AnswersIt is fully assembled except for the legs, which screw on easily.
The height of the vanity is 35.24 in. Seems rather tall. Are the legs adjustable?

AnswersI felt that this vanity was a little tall as well. The legs are removable, so I actually cut 1 1/2 inches off the bottom of the legs. I had first removed the foot pads and then re-attached them.
Is the espresso color more brown or black?

AnswersNo , you will have to cut out to much vanity wood to do that. Made for 1 nice size sink and you will make vanity really weak if you try to put 2 sinks in . My opinion

Vanity is high quality and gorgeous. Lots of storage and love the soft close doors. Even our contractor said it was one of the nicer ones he has seen. Purchased the MSI Sparkling White quartz top to go with it, and Delta Southlake widespread faucet.

No issues with delivery, although the HD status date and the shipping company's status date were off by a couple of days.
Packaging was very sturdy and protected the vanity well - no damage or scratches.
The vanity is very solid and seems to be well built. We had to cut a notch in the top shelf to accommodate the drain pipes, and were pleased to find that even this shelf was hi quality wood and not MDF. The Espresso finish is definitely black - not a hint of brown in it. We were surprised the drawers do not fully extend, although that was not listed as a feature we just assumed they would. Note big deal, though.
There is enough gap between the feet and the wall for at least 1/2" thick baseboard.

This is a very nice quality vanity with self-closing doors and drawers. I had also purchased one of Home Depot’s bathroom counter tops (Home Decoration Collection 49in Stone Effects Capri Vanity Top – shown in pic). I ended up needing to cut off some of the upper interior framing of the vanity in order to get the sink (part of the counter top) to fit properly. I also felt the unit was a little bit too tall, so I cut off 1 1/2 off of the removable legs. I actually removed the back legs due to the floor molding was too wide. With the vanity attached to the wall studs, this unit is not moving. Even with the additional work, I am extremely happy with this vanity. This is solid wood with high quality hinges and drawer slides. No more slamming drawers.

Beautiful and solid construction. Soft close drawers and doors a plus.
Wish I had known the drawers don't pull out all the way. They stop half way, making it hard to get to the items in the back of the drawer. Having a hard time getting used to that. Other than that, it's a nice vanity.

This vanity is strong and well made , worth the money. Nice bright white color and the soft closing drawers is a big plus. Came in great condition when it was shipped to me. It is heavy so you will need 2 guys to lift it . Should last a very long time and I'm so glad I got this vanity. Looks Great !!!!!!!
