Vision Grill
Absolutely love my 22” Vision grill! I’ve used it on several different food items and it never disappoints! Just be aware of the plastic side tables when the grill is still hot!

Had this grill for 6 years
It works great for both smoking and grilling. I've had wonderful service from the company, and don't know why other reviewers have had issues. They have been fast to respond and courteous, in one case the old style handle broke on the top vent well after the warranty expired and they sent a new style free. The only other replacements I've had to do was the nomex gaskets which wear out after a few years on all brands, and the shield for the electric starter under the charcoal. I've had no issues with air leaks mentioned in some reviews and can actually smother and reuse unburned charcoal. Love the ease of removing the ashes!

Vision Grills Defects
Please be aware of Vision Grills assembly. I bought a grill with a significant defect and when I contacted the company, they did not offer to replace the product. The defect resulted in the bolts snapping on the grill and the lid breaking.

Depending on the damage on the outside of the grill; We typically recommend reaching out to Home Depot Customer Service (US) 1 (800) 466-3337 and exchanging the grill out for a new one. Also note; our registered grills come with a limited lifetime warranty on the ceramic. This includes the outer shell. This is something that may be covered under our warranty; to discuss please send photos of the damage and an email to help@VisionGrills.com to initiate the warranty process! We'll see what we can do to get you back up and grilling again!

Horrible service
Bad service! First issue was that my wife ordered it as a xmas gift that never arrived so had to cancel and reorder at with a price $100 higher, it was available then! Now it's $300 cheaper, NICE!!! Then recently the handle cracked and broke off and very light and normal use, it's just a cheap plastic handle. When contacted the company they immediately responded but were more concerned about the registration and once registered it now they won't respond back after a month and 2 more attempts!

Awesome Grill!!!
Did a TON of research and for the money this grill can’t be beat.Features are far better than the egg and the lower cost beat out the joe. So easy to assemble but it is HEAVY! Get help to lift. Assembled in less than an hour. Used it three times already and could NOT be happier. Really fun. Purchased a separate multi probe digital thermometer and I would highly encourage this. I made ribs and a shoulder and best I have ever made. Def a learning curve with the temps and vents but that’s the fun of it:).

Only used it once so far… but we are loving it! During assembly I noticed how heavy and solid everything from the steel frame to the ceramic bowl. Lifetime grill!!!

Quick to start and gives a great smoky flavor!
We have used a Traeger grill for years, but never achieved the real smoky flavor that we wanted. The Vision Grill immediately imparted that flavor and is so easy to start (with the electric wand starter) and cook a variety of foods. Delicious!

6 years old !!
Still performs like new.
Two issues:
1) Ash pan metal rusted out
2) seals slowly Burn away.
Both issues resolved with Vision customer service. Which is great by the way.

Great grill
bought the grill about 3 months ago and it has been great. The set up was easy (you will need help to lift the grill to its stand). It takes few runs to learn the vent setting, but once you do, there is no problem in maintaining low smoking temperature.

Love this Kamado
I have had this grill now for about 8 months and absolutely love it. There is definitely a learning curve with this, you have to practice with it a few times to get used to how to properly set the vents but once you do it works very well.
