Q:What is the longest that the exhaust hose can be stretch out? I have only 2 high windows I could use as exhaust for this unit; the bottom of the windows are approximately 5 feet from the floor. This information does not appear in the manual. Thank you.

Window exhaust need way better engineering
Highly disappointed in the window mount. The engineers made the smallest (cheapest) size they could, and didn't bother to try and seal the hose attachment.
The window mount is the narrowest it could be, meaning, is simply doesn't fit any vinyl window! I've installed two. Both have modern deep pocket slide/bottom joints, so the circular fitting needs to be spaced out with a piece of wood, at least 1/2 thick. The sealant foam was crushed by rubber band packaging nearly beyond repair.

The window mount is terrible
The window mount makes this unusable for me. It seems to blow cold air but there are huge gaps around the window. I live in ground floor apartment so I’m going to have to pay someone to vent it into the wall. If it wasn’t a pain to pack it up I’d take it back for refund.

My first portable ac ever! Must have for bedroom!
I live in Georgia, and the summers in the state can get very brutal especially with the humidity! Which can cause mold to form over time! This unit is a god send for my bedroom! I have a gaming PC which heats up my room like a space heater during the warmer months but it's good to have during the cold months. From June to September are the hottest months for my house! 1950s home! I also love how it has dehumidify! And an air filter! Easy to maintain!
So far, I am very happy with my purchase!

Barely cooled off a 200 square foot room, leaks water all night, hose is extremely flimsy. Who cares if it has a remote control?

This was the most difficult portable airconditioner that I had...
This was the most difficult portable airconditioner that I had purchased. The hose was flimsey and would not attached the the piece that connects to the unit and the piece that goes in the window. Also, the piece that goes in the window did not fit properly. I purchased the item on a Friday night and it immediately went back to the store on Saturday morning. I purchased another brand and I had no issues assembling it at all!
