Fan no longer works
I purchased this fan on June 8, 2021, and had it installed a short time later by a licensed electrician. Now one year and ten months later my fan no longer works. I would not recommend this fan for that reason.

Perfect short smart fan!
My deck is vertically-challenged, so these fans did the trick! I thought I would love having remote control access, but the smart phone app is even more convenient. I had 2 installed and they are both silent. It is only day 1, but so far, so good!

Great Look, Starting to Beep & Disconnect
We purchased 4 of these fans because they look great and they fit our budget. They are very quiet as promised and the light/fans modes are great.
After about a year, the fans have begun to beep a few times and turn off automatically after being turned on for a few seconds. We tried using the reset in the manual but that has not resolved the issue. It will happen for days, and then one day the fan just works as expected. Anyone else having this issue?

Fabulous Fan - Worth Every Penny!
This is a fabulous fan! I bought two last year and convinced my downstairs neighbour to let me buy & install a third one in his bedroom. The reason for this is because his old fan sounded like a jet airplane taking off, making sleep for me impossible, even with earplugs. The Hug 44in White 3-Blade Smart Flush Ceiling Fan is absolutely silent. So it was a completely worthy investment for me. The electrician installed it in under an hour including syncing the remote to WiFi and everyone is happy. It is a sleek device, easy to use and provides cooling comfort day & night. Absent air-conditioning, a fan is absolutely essential for our hot summers, destined to become even hotter.

The blades for this fan are not white. They are gray (for the white color fan). Meanwhile, the base is white. It went back because it looked very off. No idea how well it works/how easy it is to install, but I wish its color were more accurate.

My electrician had no trouble installing, but we both agreed it is definitely not a hugger fan. Good thing I’m only 5’8”! The remote is really nice, not sure I even need to set up the app on my phone.

False specification and advertisement!,,,
Specfication for fan blades states ABS material. The package material is actually cheap wood composite wood made in China. I bought this because the blades were ABS according to the specifications which is a better material than wood composite. Did Home Depot bother to check the actual packaging and compared it the manufacturer specification before falsely advertising and selling it the consumers.
