AnswersI hope you saved the paper wrapper and the UPC code. Send it to Swan Products. Swan? Yep. 1201 Delaware Avenue, Marion, Ohio 43302. Return it to the store where purchased. Along with the UPC code and Receipt. This is for a manufacturers fault. I hope you bought it at HD or it's major competitor. Good Luck.

I connected this to the faucet, attached a sprayer attachment to the other end, turned on the water and the hose blew off on the faucet end.

This hose is so thin it keeps folding itself shut at any angle. You cant even step on it lightly without completely shutting off the water supply!. Definately do no reccomend.

I purchased this hose for occasional use on an isolated faucet in my back yard.
Pros:
It stays flexible. The ends are serviceable. It is reinforced. I got it on a clearance price.
Cons:
It kinks badly when not under pressure. The black plastic "Hose Armor" that is suppose to keep the hose from kinking at the faucet started sliding down the hose before I even got the hose hooked up. The 10 year warranty requires the buyer to cut ff both ends of the hose and ship them back along with the original cash receipt and UPC from the packing material. I wont keep up with all of that I am sure.

This hose is TERRIBLE! The first time we used it I attached it to a sprayer, the water pressure popped the end off completely. I went to Home Depot and bought a repair piece and fixed it. Then the other end popped off from the water pressure. It's like the ends weren't even clamped on. What a disappointment. You can turn this into a decent hose with $11 in parts. It does kink easily and is difficult to unkink from a distance. Complete junk.

First time I have returned something because I thought the prduct was awful. Ithanges on one of Home depot's hose holders and I'm careful to put it on carefully, But the material is so thin and kinks like no other hose I have ever had. It's awful and I returned it.
