A:  Yes, I went to the whirlpool website, put your model number in and searched the cable assembly. Here is the part #: Manufacturer #: 8194001. It is the same as the one you are asking about. Please note, when you install, they are very tight and makes a loud noise when opening/shutting the door. It is brand new. After applying some petroleum jelly to the cables, there is hardly a noise at all.

    The cord worked well. I didnt use the pulley...
    The cord worked well. I didnt use the pulley wheels and retained the original ones because the cord made a horrendous screeching sound when opening/clsoing the door. There was a groove in the new pulley wheels that wasn't in originals.

      The cords are great, the idler assemblies are not.
      The cord was was the correct length, and worked well. The provided pulleys squeaked so much, I ended up using the original ones. In theory, the new ones should have worked better, since there were 2 idler rollers, instead of one on the original parts. Weird.

        They Worked and fixed the problem!!!
        Fits Kitchenaid from 2004 pretty perfectly. The new plastic pulley part made a bit of noise so I left the old plastic and original grease in and just replaced one broken cord and one not broken preemptively. Works like the day it was installed. Recommend.
