The enclosure box is made of quality materials and is heavy duty of approximately 15GA steel. It provides a center 1 inch punch out and two 3/4 inch punch out holes, one on either side of the center hole for a total of 3 holes in all 4 sides of the box to give access in any direction. The back has 4 mounting holes in a square pattern with the holes centered at 3 inches in a dimple configuration giving a sturdy mounting method. It comes with a self-tapping ground screw for use inside the box and self-tapping face plate screws to attach the front panel. The front panel has a teardrop cutout for each screw hole for ease of placement and removal without having to completely remove the screws.

Did the trick for one of those special projects. Was looking for a box to mount a 4" Multimeter at the kids house to monitor voltage/power quality. Modified the front cover for the meter, installed fuse blocks on the box & tied it into their breaker panel.

Great box. This isn't as easy of a product using 100amp wiring for DYI project, but got the job done. Well made equipment.

Thinking inside the box?
This is an electrical pull box intended for indoor use in dry environments, and comes with a flat cover plate secured by two provided screws. There is not a great deal to evaluate, but this is a very well made enclosure.
The metalwork is done nicely, with well formed corners and sufficiently heavy steel that it is suitably rigid. Edges have been de-burred and are not sharp, so the wires and your hands won't be abraded. The light grey paint was uniformly applied and unblemished. The quality of manufacturing is excellent.
Three knockouts are provided on each side: two for 1/2" or 3/4" fittings, the other for 3/4" or 1" fittings. There is more than enough space to punch additional knockouts if needed.
If there is a way to improve on this, I can't imagine what it would be.
