The best cookie pans ever. Nothing sticks to them. After baking you only have to wash off gently with dish soap and water. As long as you follow directions by not greasing the pans, not putting them in the dishwasher, and not using metal utensils, you will love them. Cookies simply slide off the pan so easily. I now have 3 of the Wilton cookie pans and they still look like brand new.

The Texturra Preformance Non-Stick Bakeware cookie sheets baked the cookies evenly and each cookie was perfect. I usually burn the cookie bottoms, but not this time!

It’s ok
It’s ok, but I really wish it were heavier for more even baking and browning. Texture encourages bottom browning and crisping , but it is uneven. For this price it is fine, but it will not replace my All-Clad or even Calphalon. Nice color and good non-stick surface, but not what I will reach for with my serious baking.

I would definitely buy this product again!
I bought this cookie pan set for my daughter for her anniversary. She has been wanting a good set of cookie pans. I couldn't think of a better place to get them than through Wilton. Everything I have ever bought from Wilton has always been the best.
