Simple and sounds great
These chimes resonate well and sound great. My wife has perfect pitch and she says they are spot on and well tuned. The mallet doesn't look any different than the mallets I see used by percussionists. It works fine and has a head of firm and pliable rubber or plastic. There is a convenient notch on the back that allows you to hang it on the wall, if you choose. I have a few other Woodstock chimes and they are all first class and durable. Although the product is made overseas in China, they promise that the workers are paid fairly and work in humane conditions.

Relaxing chime sounds
Windchimes are for the outdoors, but if you like the sound of chimes indoors, this does that. The sounds are so relaxing, that you can play the chimes when meditating, or just relaxing. Compact, Frame measures 7-inches in length; 3-inches wide; 1-inch depth; includes a keyhole slot on the back so it can be installed upright on a door or wall. The chime tones are do distinct and melodic.
