Won’t even fill the tube
I’ve spent the past 30 minutes wrestling to get the lid on, and now it has zero suction. There is no paint filling into the tube at all. Very frustrated and do not recommend.

The concept is good, but a fatal design flaw. A clip that holds the roller in place (attaches image) is made of plastic and was worn out after using twice....gallon of paint each use. When this piece fails the pressure of pushing the paint will push roller off....paint every where :(

I was skeptical at first but it did a great job! I was looking to paint a ceiling that is not smooth and I was fearful that it would splash paint all over. It did not splash a drop ! It was easy to refill like a big syringe. It cover my whole ceiling with way less effort that I thought it would be. Great tool!!

Waste of Money
Great concept but this did not work for me. We kept running into issues drawing the paint into the tube. This is supposed to make painting faster but it actually slowed us down. I ended up going to buy a good ole fashioned tray and roller which worked out way better. Sometimes you have to stick to the basics!

Solid Quality and Operation
These paint sticks are really very convenient for certain jobs. They aren't that much more difficult to clean than a standard roller & tray. They take paint right from the can and you hydro flush water through the handle and cover when cleaning at the sink. It takes a little finesse and experience to get efficient with feeding paint and opitimizing roller pressure, but the roller cover lays and levels paint quite well. Ceilings are trickier but do-able. Of all the brands offering them (I've used several), I'd say that Wagner has a slight quality and durability edge.
