We do not have a weight rating so it will depend on how much the dog hits the fence. It is possible that vinyl can be cracked but not likely the pipes will move unless you have softer soil.
I need a panel that is 3 foot long not 6. Are these designed to be cut in half and if so, is the hardware included to attach it to an additional purchased post?
You can use a fine tooth saw blade to shorten the rails to cut it down in width. Installation will still be the same where you will use the vinyl brackets to screw to posts on both sides that come with the panel box.
how do the hex head screws attach the vinyl post to the metal poles? Are there predrilled holes in the metal poles?
If adding the hex head screws from outside of vinyl post into pipe, you will need to either predrill a hole into the pipe with a 1/8" diameter cobalt or diamond studded drill bit to get through the steel pipe, or you can just screw directly in as it is a self tapping screw if you have a powerful enough cordless drill.
I need a 5 ft wide gate for. 5ft wide walkway. Can two of these 3 foot wide gates be used together and latched together to create a wide enough gate?
Hello, Yes, you can create a double gate for the All-American with 2 single gates latched together in the middle. Our ZP19043 All-American gates are 3.5 feet wide so you will need to use a fine tooth saw blade to cut them down to be 3 feet wide. You will also want to add a drop rod to one of the 2 gates to help increase stability for a double gate set-up. Regards, Robert
