Connect with Watco customer service at 800-308-0864. Universal NuFit has 5-year limited warranty. The Allen bolt that secures the top might not be completely tight.

Exactly what was needed to finish off a Reglazing of our old tub.

was indeed too good to be true
It looked like a great idea but the result was not. The stopper broke almost instantaly, it has to be cleaned from hair daily otherwise it cloggs (and no we do not have people with long hair inthe house...). I cannot remove the stopper (because something broke onteh other sire) and the glue was so great that the whole assembly cannot be removed either.. The plumber offered to break it for $250... The model with removable stopper probably would have been a better idea.
