Q:I just bought the Waterpik 5 spray 3.8 in shower head. The pivot ball nut cannot be turned by hand. It can be turned slightly with a wrench. Is this normal or is there something wrong with this shower head?

A: Hello Pwolf - It attaches to a standard 1/2 inch NPT. However, please note that this is a fixed mount shower head and is not meant to be used as a handheld. If you are looking specifically for a handheld shower head, please check out model TAV-559E that is also available through Home Depot.

I love this shower head.

Easy to install and with washing long hair the water pressure is outstanding. It looks great and works wonderfully. It took me sometime to chose a shower head and happy I chose this one. You can’t beat the price for a quality shower head. Outstanding workmanship.
