HOSE IS BROKEN
I brought this installed it per directions. It is pretty and the idea is spiffs. However when I turned the water on it came out of the sides of the hose like something sliced the hose prepackaging. Or a fitting is not right .

Handle won't find into holder. Don't buy!
I assembled the unit and when I was done I went to put the handle into the holder it didn't go together. When I looked closer, the end of the handle was larger than the diameter of the opening in the holder. If I would have forced it, I'm sure it would have shattered. This one is going back. Don't buy!

We are sorry for the difficulties you experienced with the shower head. This hose features two differently shaped ends. One end is smooth whereas the other is ridged. The ridged end must be connected to the bracket. The smooth end will need to be connected to the handheld piece. This will allow the handheld to fit into the cradle on the bracket. Very easy to install! Love the different water flow options. Great water pressure! Very long hose which is handy to rinse off the shower as well as bathing kids and pets!

We bought this shower head two weekd ago. My husband is Military over 6ft tall. When he comes home from camping out in the fields he looks forward to taking an amazing shower. That is exactly what this shower head does for. It is a heavenly rainforest experience.
