The box is great but had same problem as the surveyor with the push button latch. Mine lasted about one year before it gave out on me. Could not get draw open without opening up the top and accessing the push down latching mechanism. It cost me two days trying to figure out how to get it open. If not for this issue I would have given a 5 star.
For the price of these boxes this problem needs to be addressed.

Good box, poor reliability
I’m really happy with the box itself. As a land surveyor, it helped me organize and separate my supplies and I can quickly grab things or inventory what I have left. However, after 5 weeks the latch broke and all my materials/tools were stuck inside. The only fix is to drill a hole in the top to punch the latch down to get inside. Not to bummed about the hole, but it did cost me a day of work. I’ve repaired it, and I’m happy with it but it has caused me some frustration.

Cheap rollers
I have owned a rat pack for 4 years. Do y’all make a better roller. I’ve replaced 3 sets in 4 years (about to replace 4th set in as many years) Box is a good design but rollers suck.

Good product , the shipping however leaves a lot to be desired . Top of the box near the
door wash mashed down when we received it . Fixed it ourselves as it needed to be put to use immediately.
