Wolmanized is a very old brand name for pressure treated wood. If you want lumber that is kiln dried AFTER treatment, head to your local store and see the pro desk. They can likely special order material that kiln dried after treatment.

Is there a recomended gap between boards when installing them or should i but them up tight? Will they shrink?

I would leave gaps to let rain run off. Put a nail or screw between the boards or you can eyeball it. I usually leave a 1/8" gap. I've not had a problem with shrinkage.

You should wait at least 90 days before staining . That gives the lumber time to dry out.

This wood is great for building Adirondack chairs, however I had to dig through to find planks that weren't damage by either a forklift or chains wrapped around it on transport maybe. That is the only complaint I have because I had to do a lot of digging.

I have trouble calling this material premium. Much of what I saw was a mixed bag of good, bad and average. If you are willing to spend time looking you can find good material.

Had to replace all the deck boards and railings so instead of using 2" x 6" lumber we decided to use these and what a huge difference. The edges are rounded off much more and makes it look very nice. Much better than before. Now we just have to wait a while before staining it. It needs to dry out first.
