A: Good question! The Difference is the picket style. The Pembroke pickers are 7/8" x 11.3", and the Savannah are 7/8" x 6"
A: Great question, Sandy! This would require you to cut every picket down to the desired height and then attach to the pillars using u-mount brackets. It can be done but it will take some work on your end. I do hope this has helped but if you have any additional questions, please feel free to give us a call at 855-224-9761.
A: Yes it can. You just have to measure the height and router your own holes. I did the same thing as you are describing, including putting it on top of a block wall. I ordered blank posts, or just blank on one side, and used a jigsaw to cut holes.
A: That's a good question Luis but that would depend a lot on the width of your gate and your layout. If you have a sketch of your layout with the measurements, you may email it to us @ amontgomery@weatherables.com or text a photo to 614-830-9135 and we would be happy to help you out.
A: Great question, Mike. Galvanized steel posts inserts can be used instead of wood an is actually the preferred method with our product as we use a routed system. The steel inserts we offer are actually shaped "H" to allow for the rails to be inserted and locked into place. If you use a wood insert, you will likely have to shave away or notch out parts of the wood post to allow for the rail installation.
