I like it but...
I like it but everything you put over fire loses it shine. Its no longer the shiny metal it once was. I wish that it stayed that way but as long as it gets the job done I won't complain.

The stainless Steel Grill Pan became discolored brown after the first use. The crud deposited by my cooking was not removed by normal cleaning or in the dishwasher. I'll try the old fashion Brillo pads to clean it up.

Grilling Pan
This is a great way to grill any fragile foods like salmon or even hand patties hamburgers! And it cleans up super easy! Box it was shipped in though was wasteful!

Hello Ducky, discoloration or staining of the pan is normal, and it will not negatively effect it's function. This pan carries a 2 year warranty against defects that would impede it's ability to be used properly. Thanks.

I decided to purchase the Weber brand over the other brand at Home Depot because of the Weber name and quality, even though it was a little
more expensive. I've grilled on them (bought 2 grill pans) and I'm very satisfied with the results! Heavy grade steel resulting in No Warping when grilling. Easily clean with a good wire cleaning pad, soap and hot water.

Stainles Steel grill pan worked great
I used the stainless steel grill pan for my home made brick paver charcoal grill and it worked like a champ. It made the clean up very easy.
