A good general contractor or carpenter. You might have to cut a ceiling joist and install headers if joists are not 24" on center. Very important to know how to install proper headers if cutting through joists.

Raw wood.

Do you have installers for this project?

No, I have installed this type of ladder many times over the years for family members and friends. It is relatively easy to install if you have the strength and ability to rest the ladder in the attic. Once installed, you need a partner to unscrew the holding boards and pull the stairs down to allow the installer to come down from the attic.

I don't know if Home Depot has installers to install these attic ladders. I suggest you ask Home Depot, call them. I hired a carpenter to install mine.

Is this ladder insulated?

BEST FEATURE IS THE PLYWOOD DOOR
Just finished the install of the Werner Attic Ladder WU2210 to replace a 30 year old MSC ladder. I must be forthright in saying the quality of the ladder is well below Werner Manufacturing QC standards. The rungs are grooved into the sides and held in place by a sparse amount of glue and ONE 14 gauge nail per side (removed two rungs when trimming the bottom section. The third rung is already loose. The bottom right & left hinges are gapped by 3/16". Hence the bottom and middle extensions do not support each other except for the two rivets in the hinges. I received two large splinters from the safety rail merely by grabbing it. I would return it and purchase the Aluminum Model like I have in my Garage with eleven foot ceilings but it is too late. The retailer will not accept it after installation. I have a plethora of Werner Aluminum and Fiberglass ladders (10', 6', 5', 35' extension) with no fear of climbing them. Unlike this Attic Ladder with one 14 gauge nail in each side of a rung holding my 225 lbs.

Stairs are ok and were not difficult to install. Overall though, they were poorly made. The stairs are mounted at an angle on the hinge which throws off the way they mount to the frame. There are also nails that stick out because they were not put in straight. Also causes steps to be crooked.
