Great ladder Great Price!
caught this on a YouTube vlog for Home Depot sales and I opened HD app and behold my store had them. ordered not expecting the quality and to my surprise this is the best ladder I've ever purchased. It's a heavy duty ladder for sure.

Do not buy
Great ladder until the cheapest made part but most
Important part breaks. Why would they make a great ladder with plastic spring tension adjustment levers. Broke on 10th time out with ladder. They will not warranty ladder. Bad design as there is a lot of tension on adjustable mechanism. Come on replace with metal ones. Do not buy until they change design of this part unless you want to take to your local landfill.

Plastic parts meant to break
I bought this ladder thinking oh this is great I can do multiple different things. Well lasted a month before the “plastic” you have to squeeze together broke and now I can’t even use the ladder open. Just to lean on stuff now. Now I’m out the money and have to buy another ladder. Won’t be a Werner this next time if I can’t get some sort of refund or exchange. And to find no warranty either is very disturbing. Have some integrity and stand behind your product with warranty’s.

Great idea terrible design
I have had this ladder for less than a year and the mechanism that opens the ladder already broke. It was never easy to open and close to begin with. I’ve had a similar ladder manufactured by another company and that ladder was superior in every way. I will be going back to the big blue store to buy that ladder again.

Ladder Latch Broke!!
I wanted to love this ladder as a professional installer. I work in SF and bringing one ladder to the buildings is critical. Unfortunately the latch Retractor broke. Now I'm returning this because it's a paper weight.
I've been using Werner Ladders for 20 years and you really missed the mark with this one.

The only ladder you need in your garage

Pros:
- very versatile with how many ways the ladder can be used/configured
- ability to be used on stairs
- very well made, feels extremely sturdy
- easy to use
Cons:
- only negative on this is the weight. It’s heavier than your standard fiberglass ladder of the same size. Likely because of how complex the hinge is at the top or middle.

Super Sturdy and Handy Ladder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live on a Farm and there are always so many chores that require a nice safe sturdy Ladder, this Fiberglass LEANSAFE X5 fits the bill to do all of the things we need. Nice Heavy Duty frame, Easy to put up and down, Love the fact that it can be a regular 6 ft. step ladder for changing light bulbs in the barn and then extend to be a taller extension ladder
for gutter cleaning etc. Very easy to move around from place to place and you feel very safe and stable when using this. A +++ in our book.
