      Chipped after 6 months
      This product is chipping paint after six months of use. I tried to contact Westbrass to speak with them and encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely would not recommend this product!

        Chipped after a month
        This is the biggest waste of money. We have had this product installed for one whole month and already half of it is chipped. Nothing else is scratched or destroyed with the sink, but now there are gold pieces everywhere. It's a huge disappointment, waste of money, and I would HIGHLY recommend not purchasing this item.

          I'm an interior designer, don't buy this product. The finish has chipped in several spaces after just over a year of light use. In the photos you can see the comparison between this product and a different brand I used on the left side of the sink. No issues at all with the other product, so it isn't us, it's a poor quality product, and overpriced at that.

            directions are wrong
            directions indicate to use silicone to put it in the sink--we did, in spite of person using plumbers putty for installation of this type of item for every item like this for the last 40 years. One week later, found water under my sink. Replaced with putty, working great.
