Product came on time. Is exactly what was expected. Arrived undamaged in a separate cardboard box. Note to installers, let the rope light relax for at least an hour lying flat on the floor so come of the coil relaxes before you go to install it. It will make it more pliable. Also, the little plastic clip holders the company provides will easily break over time so keep any extras you may have. The original ones we bought lasted 7 years before the led lights started to shut down here and there. We will see how long these replacements last. Well worth the money.
