A: Thank you for your question. This is a 3-speed fan and light remote control which can be used with AC motor ceiling fans that are remote control adaptable. If you are uncertain if your fan is remote control adaptable or which remote control option will work with your fan, we recommend contacting your fan manufacturer for assistance.
A: The remote pictures looks like a Westinghouse remote which comes as two parts. The remote,as shown, and a receiver. The receiver gets the signal from the remote an turns on the function selected. The receiver must be wired to the fan and power source in order to work. In addition, the receiver must fit into the fan housing. The fan should have “remote compatible” or words to that effect somewhere on the box. The fan I bought along with the remote illustrated work great together. I’m not familiar with your Concord fan but if it indicates remote compatible, you should be ok. You may also need an electrician to wire it in.
A: Hi Bob, likely yes if led bulb is dimmable. I would check with manufacturer of the bulb though.
A: This ceiling fan and light remote control is dimmable. Many dimmable LED bulbs and dimmable integrated LED light kits will work with this ceiling fan and light remote control kit. If you have a Westinghouse fan and would like to confirm compatibility then please contact Westinghouse Lighting Consumer Support by email for assistance at: firstname.lastname@example.org
A: NO! It's a control and receiver that is not compatable with built in units.
A: Thank you for your question. Our 7787000 remote control kit comes with a receiver that goes up in the canopy of the fan and also the handheld remote control. This receiver is designed to work with this included handheld remote control. This is a universal remote control kit and can be used with most remote control adaptable ceiling fans.
A: Thank you for your ques
A: You eliminate the switches and use the remote. There is a controller the installs inside the fan itself. If this is beyond you, hire an electrician to do it correctly for you.
