Not as it comes from the factory. There are kits to change the carburetor to a carburetor that will use Gasoline, Propane and Natural gas, and there are natural gas regulator kits that you add to the carburetor. For reference see the link at the bottom. There are three informative videos in the link. As with all such modifications, expect to encounter issues, which means you will have to be mechanically inclined and have the necessary tools Although running on natural gas will not be harmful to the engine as opposed to running on propane, this may render your warranty as void. Also I believe that Natural Gas may contain about a 10 percent reduction in deliverable BTUs as opposed to propane, which will reduce the horsepower output of the engine, which may drop the sustained Wattage of the 12,000/9,500 WGen to around 8,600 watts, but on the other hand, the engine may run smoother, which will deliver less harmonic distortion(smoother steady frequency) of the electrical current. So see the link or google for "converting portable generators to run on natural gas". https://www.google.com/search?as_q=Can+a+Propane+powered+Portable+Generator+be+run+on+Natural+Gas%3F&as_epq=&as_oq=
No. Brand new out of the box. Power went out from the cold snap that hit the South and it would not start.
No. LP Gas or Gasoline only.
I can't answer the question. I suggest Dick contact Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment, L.L.C., by emailing service@wpowereq.com or calling 1-855-944-3571 with the question.
Home Depot: This question needs to be answered by Home Depot personnel.
Sorry, I'm right. There is a 10A fuse shown on the schematic on the positive (red) side of the battery and starter motor. I ended up contacting a service center, and they located it for me as an in-line fuse in a bundle of wires in the starter motor side of the generator. I had the bad luck of shorting 12V against the frame of the generator. It. Blew the fuse. I found it and its OK now.
Standard barbecue connection.

I know they make an extension plug - I wish Home Depot carried it.
Great purchase and a fine machine! Dual fuel is a great peace of mind to me and my family.
