Well, it IS quiet
The dishwasher is much quieter than my previous one, and I'm pleased it is Energy Star rated. When I removed the instructions/items inside, I noticed they were damp. I assumed the washer was tested before delivery. I ran the first wash the next day and saw something on the edge of the top rack that turned out to be a piece of loose plastic coating with rust beneath it. With the inside of the washer being damp on delivery and the rust spot, could this be a product that someone else has returned?

Incorrect install that caused damage to the motor
This my second dish washer within three years and the installation of the plumbing lines was incorrect. The picture shows the clamped hose which impeded water flow thus creating a clog. This can cause damage to the motor and cause it to burn out. This is what happened to my previous dishwasher install and had to spend anther $700 to buy another one. The installation guys used a hose which was the wrong size of tube and to attempt to fix it they clamped it down so hard it created a clog.BE WARNED

Excellent purchase. Dishes are sparkling clean, controls easy to use. Would have given 5 stars but it does leave a lot of water on dishes even after using high heat. Son installed without any problems. Well worth the money.

- New dishwasher connection kit
- Water supply line (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Electrical outlet within 6 ft. of hook up
- The rough cabinet opening must be at least: 24" W X 24" D X 34–1/2" H
- Measure your rough cabinet opening
- Verify your existing electrical and water connections
- Empty and unplug your old dishwasher
