Great features, very spacious.

Worst ever...DO NOT BUY
Don't believe that customer service will help if your fridge is a lemon. I called the number they give on these bad reviews and they don't do anything. She sent me over to buy new door racks because all of mine are broken. I bought this fridge in July 2022 and it is now May 2023. I have had nothing but problems with it.
-ice maker worked 1st day and then was very slow after that even after the ice maker was replaced and also the housing around the ice was replaced for the 2nd visit. Now the tech is ordering a new door .
-Freezer drawer broke within 3 months- apparently I put too much food in it.
-Food freezes on the 2nd shelf- there is a 1 inch gap at back of fridge and you have to make sure you don't push food all the way back or there will be poor circulation- who can monitor how far back the jar goes on a daily basis?
-Vent on top shelf and 3rd shelf- have to keep food away from these also - there is no bracket that blocks- you just have to put nothing near it or food freezes.
-All the container shelfs on the doors are cracking-that's 5 and it has not been 1 year yet-they say it's cosmetic
-meat drawer broke in fridge b/c I tried to get better ventilation and move shelves around
Horrible customer service. There is nothing Home Depot will do if you don't return it within 24 hours of delivery.

Nice looking and functional fridge
I really like my new fridge. I've had it closed to month and a half. Really like the roomy water/ice dispenser window where you can put large container instead of holding it and use measured fill which is also nice and functional feature. However the quality makes to wish a bit better. Looks like Whirlpool started to use very low quality plastic or just thin plastic for their drawers. I barely used the drawers in my freezer and yesterday I noticed that one of them already cracked, with no reason

Best refrigerator I've ever purchased

Ice maker does not work. Wiring on the bottom of door broke from opening and closing the freezer door. Have to get repaired. Not sure what it will cost so making ice manually.

Build quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took four deliveries and still we have the same problem. See photo. Every single one had the same problem. On the last delivery, the installers said that all of the Whirlpool refrigerators had this problem. In addition, there was paint missing on the frame in the freezer, and the valve for the water fill had to be replaced, a week after we received the last delivery. Can't tell you how disappointed we are with the build quality, and the inspection, before the appliance leaves the factory.
