Good price and easy to install. Make sure to make a photo of wiring of old thermostat before you remove and install new one. Also, be sure to turn breaker off to the furnace before you remove the old thermostat so you do not blow the fuse in the thermostat circuit

I have had this thermostat for approx. 5 years. It worked fine the first couple of years but then it started turning off or the temperature changes on its own. I replaced the batteries several times and that does not help. Currently I have my thermostat set at 72 and I come home and it set itself at 85. Time to get a new one.
