This Whitehaus Collection sleek one piece siphonic action dual flush toilet is eco-friendly and will save a family of 4 an estimated 10,000 Gal. of water a year. Our toilet has 600% more flushing power than the IAPMO standard requires. The Whitehaus Collection Magic Flush features A+ grade china, 35-45 mm thick. The dropway, or inner waste tube, of our toilets is fully glazed. This means 0% absorption - there is no place for bacteria to cling to and ensures cleaning will much easier, resulting in a more hygienic water closet experience.

The unit is not stable on its own without using the additional hardware provided to mount it directly to the floor, which meant drilling new holes in the floor tile specifically for this unit. This wasn't super easy since I didn't happen to have masonry drill bits on hand. So, after another trip back to HD... I got it mounted and realize the skirted design may have called for alternative stability mounts compared the older (non-skirted) tank that I was replacing which was plenty stable mounted directly into the rough-in bolts.
The included slow-close lid and seat are indeed quiet, but also cheap junk. The seat bowed in when I sat on it and I am neither big nor heavy. And the tightest I could get it, it still had a laughably wide side-to-side sway to the point that the whole thing would buckle and slide off the porcelain. It was more of a lid than a seat. So, another trip back to HD and I brought home a much nicer elongated lid for the final installation.

I had Will Fix It install...very impressed the way toilet is installed...different from others I have had...dual flush works better than others I have used. Only negative is the lid very flimsy and unable to find any D shaped lids in San Antonio

I love this toilet!
Excellent toilet. Great flushing capacity, so far have never had to flush 2x. My old (over 30 yrs) toilet had to be flushed at least 3 times. I was beginning to think there was a problem in the drain. Installation was not really difficult. Even had to drill into concrete slab. Only required 1 extra trip to the Depot, and for a plumbing job, for me, is a record! I would buy another. Looks really nice too!

Really Good
Really good so far. I've had it for 2 months now. Quiet. Easy to clean. Sturdy. Soft close lid which is super nice. It isn't bulky and doesn't take up much space at all which is perfect because my only bathroom doesn't have much space to move around in and so far my water bill has been pretty low.

This toilet is the absolute worst. I purchased it almost two years ago against my better judgment...
This toilet is the absolute worst. I purchased it almost two years ago against my better judgment because my wife liked the look and it matched our Whitehaus sink. It clogged every way possible. Someone would drop two squares of toilet paper in it and it would clog. You'd look at it funny, it would clog. Also, the water level was never right. I called Whitehaus and their technician had nothing useful to offer in terms of adjustments. We learned to use it sparingly; we barely entered the room for fear it would clog. After nearly two years I purchased a Kohler to replace it and the Kohler has been phenomenal in the same location with more abuse. This Whitehaus toilet is so bad that when I removed it, I threw it in the trash. I didn't try to sell it or even give it away - I felt it was morally wrong to subject anyone else to this awful, awful piece of bathroom machinery. Run away. Fast. The positive reviews on here must be from people who flushed it once with nothing in it before writing. This toilet shouldn't even be sold. It's that bad.

I had two of these toilets installed 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues with them both. ...
I had two of these toilets installed 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues with them both. The plumber that installed them and subsequent plumbers since have said that the design of these toilets is really bad because they can't see to seat them correctly. The flush pressure is low even on the highest flush. One of my toilets is continually clogging and the other is leaking from the bottom because the wax ring isn't seated correctly. I am now having to purchase 2 new toilets only 2 years later because I am tired of paying a plumber to come fix them.
