Relay switch burned out in less than 8 months
I received this freezer on 12/1/2022 but it didn't last even 8 months. I was going to call in on the 1 year warranty but after 2 months, Whynter requires the customer to ship them the product in the original packaging at the cost to the customer. No thanks. Researched the possible issue and found it to be the relay switch. Not sure if 8 months is a normal life span for this part but if it is, they need to make it easier to get to and list the part in their manual.

Great small freezer
I wanted a small freezer to supplement the freezer compartment of my regular refrigerator. This model is great! It holds quite a bit of food and looks like a regular mini-fridge. It's a great addition to my kitchen.
