So far (5 days) this freezer seems to be running perfectly and cooling to about 0 degrees with the cool setting at 4-medium. It is more spacious than we expected and was exactly what we were looking for.
However, as other reviewers noted, it seems that quite a few units arrive with dents. Ours came with one big on right on the front panel. Not ideal. The box didn't have any damage so not sure where it came from. We had it directly shipped to us via UPS, not ship-to-store.
This product gets 5-stars for design and performance. The company gets 1-star for quality control.

Great small freezer
I wanted a small freezer to supplement the freezer compartment of my regular refrigerator. This model is great! It holds quite a bit of food and looks like a regular mini-fridge. It's a great addition to my kitchen.
