We may need to get additional information from you about your application as the ton size depends on your geographic location as well as the sq. ft. of your mobile home. The number you provided from your equipment seems to be a serial number which we looked up to find the model number of your furnace. If we are correct, you have a model COAS066BDD which is an oil furnace registered on 12/5/1999 located in Davidson, NC. Based on this information, it would seem a 2-1/2 ton system would be the best fit. If you have an existing A/C system, and know the model number, that will help us to determine the best size.
