Great furnace
I self installed one of these a few years ago and it has been great. These 2-stage units that run most of the time in low fire are much more comfortable and quiet than single speed units that blast out high heat then shut down for long drafty periods. I had only a couple of issues... First the inducer fan vent collar has a little drain that captures returning condensate (the vent pipe slopes back to the furnace by design) and drains it to the collection box but if you orient the vent to the right exit there is very little vertical drop. The furnace came with a straight nipple to connect the hose but that meant the hose had to travel over another bigger hose to get to the box and the water would not flow up and over which would shut the furnace down. I replaced the collar exit nipple with a 90 degree and that allowed a more direct and totally flat route to the collection box. Problem solved. Second problem is that the original collection box was made out of clear plastic that did not hold up. Over a few years it developed some micro cracks and minor leaks. Not enough to cause an operation problem but the pan in the compartment got rusty. I found a replacement part that was made out of black ABS and that is much more durable. Otherwise no issues whatsoever.
