We had to order this twice because the first shipment...
We had to order this twice because the first shipment was damaged (large gouges in one piece) and all pieces were more than a foot shorter than they should have been. The ends were broken off. Although the people we deal with directly at the store try their best, they can't control the shoddy quality control that allows this to happen. As woodworkers, we've learned not to buy wood at Home Depot - it's often dried poorly, if at all, and it takes a lot of searching to find pieces that aren't corkscrewed or deformed in some way that makes it unusable.
