The shortcut can be used to paint on plastic. We usually list the most common painting surfaces for each brush but a brush could be used for any surface. They just may perform better on some surfaces. The Shortcut brush is a very versatile brush and performs well on a variety of tasks.

why is brush so stiff after cleaning with water or thinner. depending on paint type
Typically if the brush is stiff after rinsing, the bristles still have a coating on them. we recommend following the clean up instructions from each type of coating used. Some coatings respond well to clean up with just soap and warm water. For stronger/quick drying coatings, following up with a pumice hand cleaner and then rinsing the bristles again, can help remove any remaining paint. This is the absolute best brush for cutting in paint! I won’t paint a room without having one available. The handle is flexible offering a great grip and comfort as you are maneuvering in tight spaces or where the wall meets the ceiling.

I love this brush and use nothing else to cut in. I have a very high staircase that I can’t reach to cut in around the ceiling. Would this brush work with the Wooster lock jaw tool holder?
