AnswersAssembly entails: -cutting back for plumbing; careful placement of opening - cutting/trimming sides and back edges of feet if you have trim molding on your floor-to-wall edges. This enabled us to get a tight fit to walls up top. -setting top on vanity; the back trim marble and the sink come attached; caulk lower edge op top to vanity -installing fixture to sink top and plumbing -hanging mirror; mirror is very large and heavy, and it must raise up over the back marble trim; 2 man job -if drawers are removed, mark them as they only go in one way *all three pieces are quite heavy; get help if moving upstairs. We are very pleased with the size and quality of the piece. It looks very high end, and is extremely well-packaged

AnswersVery easy to assemble. Mirror and base come completely assembled. All you have to do is attach the marble top and install the faucet and you're good to go.

This vanity set is amazing!! The quality isn’t what you would find in stock cabinets! We have renovated 3 houses and this is our forever home! It appears to be solid wood throughout! The counter is gorgeous and very rich! I have expensive taste and this fits the bill!! The mirror, counter and vanity is just gorgeous! Don’t hesitate to buy this! I would suggest to make sure you measure your height of your ceilings if your getting the mirror too! Luckily we have high ceilings and we could move the light up. Love Love love! The packaging was impeccable! Ps the room is still under renovation don’t mind the unfishished areas

Great price for a quality product. I was concerned it might come in damaged like another vanity do for the guest bathroom, but this was really well packaged. It is over 400lb so you have to plan on that. It was a good decision.

This is a well built great looking vanity. Looks better then I thought it would. The only problem that I found and was very disappointed in was that 3 of the drawers had the hole for the knob drilled a little crooked. I can put a small part of the tip of my finger between the knob and drawer. Not very noticeable but I know that it is there. Would have thought that this would be one of the easiest things to do when building a cabinet.

We were pleased to find the product offered at a discount to what we originally saw as the price. It meets our needs and expectations and it fits our location perfectly, as we planned. Home Depot has been great to work with and we appreciate being able to work with our local store to get products delivered to Alaska that we could never find as economically as shopping locally.
The item weighed about a 150 lbs and was packaged in fairly heavy cardboard with the edges extra protected all the way around. This was clearly needed (and appreciated) as the package still suffered some holes and damages. The lower compartment door closes into place via a cheap magnet against pot metal. This item was broken when we first opened the cabinet. We currently have it cobbled together and will keep a close eye on it. It may need a more substantial repair.
All-in-all we are very pleased and it is an attractive piece. It finished out our bathroom remodel and is a great place for the sundries and towels an active bathroom needs. One star off for issues mentioned.

The Andover is a sturdy, well made piece of furniture for the bathroom. It looks beautiful and regal. I'm extremely satisfied. The color of the wood and countertop are beautiful and look just like the picture. I like that it was well prepared and has zero emissions. The total weight is about 500 lbs but comes well packed in 3 pieces which made it manageable to lift up to the 2nd floor. It was easy to install. I would recommend a bronze long spout faucet like the store picture. My faucet is too close to the back of the sink so the water flow is not in the middle of the sink bowl. Fantastic overall!
