Yes however you would need to purcahse an island drain in order to hook up your plumbing. We recommended the OS&B model ITD35 island drain

It has an approximately 43 gallons to fill the tub.
What keeps the tub mounted to the floor?
It has leveling feet that you can glue down, then the bead of caulk you apply around the base is adequate to secure it firmly. This is the same technique for most free standing tubs.
