The Xodo DS1 2-Pack Wi-Fi Security Smart Wireless Alarm Door Sensor is controlled and armed from your free Xodo App at the touch of a button giving you access to control your alarm when you are away from your home or work place. The Xodo Smart App allows you to use different functions which includes the option to alter your settings for incoming alerts with push notifications to obtain and follow past history alerts and the ability to disarm your alarm with a press of a button in your Xodo Smart App. This product requires a 433 mhz receiver hub which connects to WiFi. easy to install, great that its rechargeable. the downside is you cant adjust the sound or tone of alerts on your smartphone. the whole idea of the alarm is to ALARM you. it only chimes to the same alert as your other notifications. (and it does not wake me up!) when i read the description upon ordering it made it sound like the device itself would alarm (which is what i wanted). i like that the off button is hidden on the back, but i wish there was an "off" option on the app, as once its installed its not easy to access to turn it off. it does have the option to set times for the device but it controls all devices simultaneously.
