A quality product. Installation is easy. Assembly will be a challenge for the novice DYI'er. About 4 hours to assemble. The picture assembly book can be difficult to follow. I had to backtrack a couple times with the final canvas attachments. Overall very pleased with the outcome. Z

Overall, a quality product. Some innovation will make the assembly easier...insert cloth edge into groove first, then feed the spline (after rounding off the square end to feed in), also the screw holes of the inserts at each end of aluminum roller need slight enlargement to drive in the phillips screws successfully.

Part are missing, contacted HomeDepot and they said they contacted the manufacture. it has been 1week plus, no signs, no nothing, i will keep continuing to call until i get some answers, or at the least the missing screws.

With this extreme heat, we were in need of this outdoor patio awing. We layout all of the parts to begin putting everything together and parts were missing. MANY PARTS were missing!!! I reached out to customer service and yet still no response.
