Did a three day project. Broke up a large concrete block planter that was WAY over-engineered. About 150 blocks. Every other one was filled with concrete and every fourth had rebar and concrete. It had four courses and the bottom course was EMBEDDED in the footing. Footing was between 6 and 8 inches deep. Probably somewhere between 3 and 4 tons altogether. This little jack hammer kicked its behind! Got a little hot towards the end of the last day - I did make sure it didn’t run out of oil. For the price this tool paid for itself on this one project. If it can do more projects that’s icing on the cake. Well worth it. Very sturdy and effective.

First time using a jack hammer. I watched a quick Youtube video to make sure I'm using this machine correctly as the instruction manual is worthless. I thought this was great for what I used it for. Broke up about 500 SF of old patio concrete, 4" thick. I was also able to break through 6" concrete curbs no problem. Make sure you have enough oil.

This is NOT a hoax! At $139, I was sure skeptical, but man, did it deliver. Take a look at how much concrete we broke up! It's like 7 yards! I can't compare it to a "heavy duty" jack hammer because I've never used one, but this is definitely more powerful than a demolition hammer I've rented from HD in the past. It took quite sometime to break this much concrete up, but I'd estimate I could break up a 3 x 3 section of 4" thick sidewalk in 10 minutes or less. Once you get a feel for it, it goes way faster. Definitely recommend it!

I'm in the process of filling in my swimming pool. First step was to break up all the concrete decking that surrounds the pool and toss the rubble into the shell of the pool. I'm about 50% complete with this job and this jackhammer has worked wonderfully. I'm sure it will complete the job and still be working great at the end. Considering the price point, I believe this is a wonderful, cost effective tool. If you rent one of these, the rent is so high you will drive yourself to complete the project quickly. I'm almost 67 years old so I only work on this project for about an hour a day so not worrying about a big rent bill is nice. I couldn't recommend this tool any higher. Very pleased that I purchased it.

                  Solid Jackhammer
I hardly ever write reviews but i had to make an exception for this great tool. I had to break a 16x7 foot slab which ranged from 3.5 inches to 6 solid inches. I thought about renting a jackhammer but since I had time to work on the project I decided that it would be best if I bought this tool for almost the same price as a one day rental. Now keep in mind that this is not a full sized jackhammer but it does a great job. I would estimate that I had the slab out in a total of 6 hours. It takes a while getting used to but gets easier once you get the hang of it. Really recommend if you are looking at purchasing one.

The only negative on this demo hammer is the height. Its shorter, so your hunched over a bit. With that said I would still definitely buy this hammer again.the handles flex to absorb most the beating. The 360 deg swivel on the lower handle is nice. The hammer is light weight and easy to manage. Power is good. I'm cutting through 5" of concrete almost like butter.

Worked well for “digging” post holes in limestone. I augers through 6” of dirt then about 2’ of rock. I eventually got the Jack hammer and it made quick work of things. 10/10 recommend over a rock bar!!
