The XtremepowerUS SuperFlow 1.0HP Pool Pump is a self-priming pump that is constructed for in-ground type of swimming pool, built with a high-efficiency motor with airflow ventilation that runs on dual phase 115/230-Volt 60Hz current. All our in-ground pool pumps are constructed to be longer lasting with high durability and corrosion proof polymer used for the housing. The built-in drain plug offers cold weather protection and resistance against winterizing conditions. It features an easy swing-open handle for simple strainer cover removal without tools, the removable basket collects debris and leaves to be cleaned out during maintenance. The superflow pool pump is designed to keep your pool clean and sanitized with the optimal flow of water for filtration. This product is ETL and UL Certified to meet specific product standards of safety requirements.

So far, it is working perfectly. Having replaced a 10 year old WhisperFlo pump, I can see a big difference in performance, and is really quiet too. The only downside is that it takes a bit longer to start after priming, but once you get it running, it will run as strong as any other pump available
