Unpacked and running in 10 minutes. Easy to adjust height and even easier to start and use. Wife even likes it and offered to cut lawn with it. No more gas, oil and maintenance issues with my old gas push. Environmentally friendly! Used as mulcher and did amazing job in back by my pool with high wet grass.

I was extremely impressed with this mower as soon as I got it. I was a little bit hesitant of electric at first, but this thing has a lot of power! Also, I really appreciate that I don't have to deal with remembering to have a gas can handy. The self propel is great (perfect speed), because my yard is huge and it takes so much less work to cut it all now. It came ready to go, and I didn't have to put any parts together, unlike my previous mower. The wheels are very sturdy and there's just one handle (nice feel to it) to adjust all 4 wheels. I got a few of the Yard Force lawn product and I also love that the batteries are the same for all of them. I'm really pleased!

Mower failed to start after 2 runs. Trying to return it now. The return process is not going well not getting a phone call from HDs return organization

only used it twice and it runs different than my gas mower but I expect I'll get used to it. Battery seems to last long enough.

I bought this mower (my first battery mower) from Home Depot and received it in early December. Thankfully we had a couple nice days in the 60s, where I could try this out. It came with 2 60v batteries, one was 4 ah the other was 2.5 ah. It was very easy to put together. I charged the batteries and then gave it a try. At first I was pretty impressed. It probably wasn't the best test since the grass was pretty thin and not tall, but it seemed to have good power, cut very nicely, and the self-propelled speed was perfect. I used the 4 ah battery first. I used it for only 10 minutes and it shut down. I started it again, went straight about 20 feet, and it shut down again. I checked the battery and it still had 3 of the 4 bars left. I put it in and out several times and it would do the same thing....go straight about 20 feet and stop working. Finally it just quit even starting. So then I used the 2.5 ah battery. It worked well for about 10 minutes and then ran out of charge. It was down to only 1 of the 4 bars, so that made sense. It didn't last long but I didn't expect it to since it was only a 2.5 ah battery. So, I went in the house to charge the batteries and the charger stopped working. I plugged it in and the fan didn't make any noise like it did the first time I charged so I was concerned. Then it just blinked red instead of green, which means there is a problem (should blink green). This was on both batteries. On a positive note, I see all these reviews for other brand names where the customer service stinks (including EGO). Yardforce customer service had good reviews for customer service and it was exceptional for me. The young lady I spoke to several times had excellent customer service. I then received a call from what seemed to be a knowledgeable and willing to help technician who left a message to have me call back. It seemed that they wanted to make this right. I ended up not calling back....at this point I had thought that if they did end up sending me a new mower, I likely wouldn't have been able to use it until Spring. I didn't want to chance it being out of warranty, so I ended up taking it back to Home Depot.

Read many reviews before making this purchase and so far happy with this item. It was very easy to assemble. Lightweight and powerful. The height can be adjusted easily. It mulches leaves very well and the collection bag empties easily.

It was a gift to my daughter and son-in-law my daughter said he really likes it!

It’s lightweight character doesn’t result in a smooth cut. But, the mulching is much better than my old mower. It takes some getting used to. Battery lasts for about a 7500 sq. ft. area when starting and stopping the drive feature at the end of each 30-40’ row. Just not sure yet.

If you are looking for a powerful self-propelled electric mower, then your search is over. I am a 68 yo female who needed a mower that would take some of the labor out of my yard work. When I engaged the rear-wheel drive, this puppy took off and literally dragged me across the yard. It took a couple of passes for me to figure out that a slight lift of the rear wheels slowed the mower and made it more manageable. I would recommend equipping future models with adjustable speed control. The battery died from using the self-propelled feature. I had to re-charge it and was not able to finish the job until the next day. The charger was not "fast" as advertised. I purchased a second battery to avoid future delays. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
