I install home TV antenna systems and use it for antenna mast. The swedge end is perfect to put two pieces together and if I need a five footer I just cut one in half. Next time I need another it's ready and I put it on the bottom and use a self tapping screw to to secure the two together. Plus they are less cost the actual mast pipe so my profit margin is greater or I can pass the savings on to the customer.

The 1-3/8 top rail tubing was just what I needed to complete bracing on my hoop house. I used the ten and half foot sections together to make twenty one feet and did cross bracing between the twenty eight feet wide bows. This strengthen the 15 feet high center arches and still allow me access with my large tractor inside the 3000 sq ft structure. They were easily connected with Tek screws. I purchased more than thirty sections and plan to build more structures exclusively with these top rails.

Hand Rail and beyond
I used this rail for a hand rail on a 5 step set I built for my sons' patio area. I had purchased the wood the day before, cut and assembled the steps. Finding there are no preset stair hand rails, I used this Galvanized Top rail along with Galvanized bolts to hold it in place.
The whole rail was then bolted into the wooden step frame along and under the bottom.
