Hello Teresa, Thank you for your question. Like people, dogs have varying temperament and skill. Some dogs can jump or climb over, or dig under, fences. You should consider how often the dogs will be contained, if they will be supervised, and if they need space to run. You know best what your dogs need to stay happy, safe and secure. Kennel kits are convenient and easy to install, if you have space for several of them on your property to hold several large dogs. The shape and size is predetermined. Some include a roof and others have optional roofs. Chain link fence can be configured into almost any shape, making dog runs easy to install, and inexpensive. If you use chain link, be sure the fabric and the gates are taller than the most agile of your dogs can possibly climb or jump, even when excited or frightened. Pull the fabric tightly between posts, and don’t forget to use tie wires along the bottom. Maintain your fence carefully. If there is damage, repair it promptly with quality materials to original condition, as the dogs could take advantage of the weakness in the fence. Home Depot stores carry everything you need to build a kennel fence, but in this special case, you may find having a custom special order placed with the Quote Center is your best bet.

Woven chain link fence takes pieces of the steel and bends and threads it like you would fabric or a basket. The pieces are not connected in any way and this creates that familiar chain link fence metal on metal sound. This has noting to do with galvanized as that is just how the metal has been treated.
The rolls are normally 50 feet. You unlace one wire to shorten it after it is streched.
