I have been impressed over and over again with this smoker. The directions were easy to follow for install and to get going. We've smoked burgers, chicken, roast, steaks, pork loin, and everything has had amazing taste and truly been so easy to do. I got a cheap app with meat recipes and smoking times/temps for different meats and then done quick research on Youtube to see what worked for others. The success and quality of the meats we've done from pretty minimal research and effort has been really fun and gratifying. I can't say enough good things about this smoker.
