Amazing
Bought a new house where some vinyl flooring met an old carpet. Removed the carpet and put in what should have been the same color matching vinyl planks (chiffon lace oak). The new floors was significantly different color from the old flooring. After doing some research, learned the old owners were waxing the vinyl floors. The wax made the old floors look brown and filthy. Used this to strip off the wax, without damaging the protective layer on the vinyl plank. Floors look new now.

This cleaned a floor that probably hadn’t seen a mop in over 20 years.
They came up really good. To see the dirt being removed was gross and glorious at the same time.

Superb
This product is one of those "must have" items Till now, I've been using Mop and Glow, Orange Floor Cleaner, even Ajax powder, in an attempt to remove the old wax and ground in dirt. I'll let the pictures do the talking. If you have old linoleum like I do, and are not ready to put in a hardwood floor just yet, use this product to bring back the original color.

Removed Old Grout with 1:2 Concentration
I used Zep and water with1:2 Concentration to remove old grout under vinyl flooring. Soak 15 to 20 mins then scraped them all, worked great!

This is one of the best floor stripper I have use . We were redoing my mom and dad’s floors for sale of their house. Zep works really fast and the outcome is absolutely beautiful if used with Zep wax. I have used this brand in carpet cleaning before both have worked awesome.

Wow!
This product works great! I had no idea my floor was that grimy until I used this stuff. I’ve tried many times in the past to clean my vinyl kitchen floor with various household cleaners, but it never really made much difference. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give this stuff a try. I’m cleaning it in sections, because it’s still quite a bit of work. Although it doesn’t take much scrubbing, you do need to rinse it. I’m spending the extra effort to rinse several times because we have a dog and she sometimes licks things off the floor and I don’t want her ingesting any chemicals. I bought a brush mop to apply/scrub, and a sponge mop to rinse. It works great! I’m attaching a photo of my progress, showing before and after. I’m very happy with this Zep Floor Stripper! Ok, back to work. :)
