Hi, Claire! The Zep Power Foam Tub & Tile Cleaner is safe for use on acrylic. However, the preferred product is the Zep Foaming Glass Cleaner. It's an ammonia free formula with a powerful foam designed to clean and remove dirt and grime from various glass surfaces, including glass, windows, mirrors, and Plexiglas®. Thank you for your inquiry. Should you have further questions, please call us at 1-888-805-4357. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to service you! Zep Inc. Retail Technical Support Team
Most.likely...cheap enough to try@
I had assumed that it would be safe for the septic system, but here is a link to the safety literature, provided by the Home Depot: this is worth looking at! https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfImages/08/08ee8222-5726-4530-80c9-1c36f4eebf4f.pdf
Yes. When used as directed, the Zep Power Foam Tub & Tile Cleaner is for use on acrylic, fiberglass, porcelain, ceramic tiles, glass walls and doors, and laminate. Test product first in an inconspicuous area on colored grout, metallic fixtures and shower doors prior to use. Do not allow the cleaner to dry. Rinse fixtures immediately. Thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate your business and opportunity to service you. Sincerely, Zep. Retail Technical Service
I do. No issue.
No. The Zep Shower, Tub & Tile Cleaner is a ready -to-use spray formulated to break through the toughest hard water, stains, calcium deposits, rust and soap scum, whereas, the Zep Power Foam Tub & Tile Cleaner has a rich foam that penetrate and cling to soap scum and lime deposits leaving a fresh morning rain fragrance. Thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate your business! Sincerely, Zep Commercial Retail Technical Support
Truthfully I would never mix cleaning products together unless the manufacturer said it was okay. I remember as a child my mother mixed ammonia and bleach together to clean behind the stove. Well needless to say the fire dept was down and we were quite lucky to live through that ordeal. It's worth making a phone call to Zep to for something like this. I am sorry I wasn't able to help you :(
