ZLINE 30 in. Professional 4.0 cu. ft. 4 Gas Burner/Electric Oven Range in Stainless Steel with Brass Burners (RA-BR-30)

We have loved our stove, especially the look of it and how it cooks. However, wehave not even had it for a year and already there are spots in the black enamel that are not coming off. It no longer looks good when I clean it. So very disappointed as we haven’t even had it that long and it already doesn’t look good when cleaned! I haven’t contacted the dealer yet, wondering if this is a defect in the enamel or is there a special way to clean it- Almost appears like the black enamel is being eaten away.

I have had my 30" Z Line for 13 months. This this looks Great! The stove top works perfect and couldn't be happier. The few issues I have are with the oven. It works great BUT, when turning the oven on, it is very difficult to see the temperature markings on the knob and there is a line with a dot that has you turn well past the temperature to actually get that setting (see picture). It looks like the temperature should be 400 degrees but it is closer to 350 based on the line with the dot. Temperature setting is just a close guess. I use a $10 hanging thermometer to check the temperature which I have to shine a flashlight thru the glass to see the temperature. (I don't like doing this) If you could add a digital temperature display that would make a HUGE difference. I would gladly pay more for this. The next issue I have is when turning on the oven I always have to turn on the vent above the oven as I get a lot of fumes from the oven when it is heating up. (I have not called to see if there is a fix/adjustment for this as I just got used to turning on the vent fan.) To get the convection cooking (turning on the inside oven fan) which I really like a lot on this oven, it is just a push button and you never know if the fan is on or off. (Looks like the newer models now have a switch for the fan and the light.) Lastly, the pan in the bottom of the oven does always pop with heating up which is a disappointment.

I have a Zline range and hood. Both are exceptional appliances. I have purchased several Zline appliances in the past for rental properties. I have found their quality and price cannot be beat. Recently I purchased the range and hood for my own home. I cannot believe I have went this long without these appliances.

I didn’t realize this was part gas and electric. Iam not used to an electric stove and need to adjust my cooking. I baked a casserole and wanted the cheese to brown not happening. The stove is well made and has a nice look. Food crumbs get caught around the edge of the stove top and it’s difficult to remove. If the Salesman had let me know about the electric stove I would of chosen another. Also, the website for zline shows an all gas 30in. Possibly Home Depot only offers this model- the jury is out. We are still in the process of doing over the kitchen

Although I love the look of the stove, after only a few months the black enamel finish has come off the stove top leaving big grey blotches that make the stove look permanently dirty. So now it just looks crappy in my new kitchen. I am so disappointed. Zline refused to cover this under warranty because I live in Canada. It is their product no matter where I live - they should stand behind it, and or Home Depot should stop carrying a faulty product.

Loved the way it was packaged up it was done with care and what a quality piece I love it

Numbers on controls a little difficult to see. Disappointing that there isn’t a timer feature. Otherwise, it has performed well so far.

I was very excited to get this zline range. I was very impressed with it when i saw the floor model. The more i used it the more disappointed i became. Mine is all gas. When i turn the oven on the first thing you hear is the contraction of metal as the oven heat up. The second thing you hear is a fan...the fan goes on whether your using the convection feature or not....and its loud. Its like having a microwave on for a few hours. I never had an oven that you can hear while your cooking. The features that i was disappointed in was...the heat from the oven vents out the oven door...so its very hot while your cooking. The front ledge gets very hot as well..so if your baking something its very hot using the top portion of the range. I usually use two racks when baking chicken...i was very suprise to see the lower rack cook quicker then the top rack...temperature was definitely uneven. I know this range had gotten so many great reviews but no one ever mentioned anything about the fan or heat. I called zline to see if these were defective features and was told no that is how the oven works. I cook alot and the range was just too loud and hot for me to keep. Sorry guys but i was not pleased with it.
