Q:Can the clips support quarter-inch mesh (hardware cloth)? It is shown with cord only and it looks like it could be yard to get a fine mesh over the curved hooks.

Just what I needed!
These garden stakes are the perfect thing to use with rolled plastic fencing to keep my chickens out of my flower beds. They are easy to use and push in the ground. I worry that they will break over time spent in the heat of summer. But, I haven't had them long enough to test that yet. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

These green garden posts work so well when I use chicken wire to keep the rabbits from eating certain flowers, etc. in the garden. They are very easy to use. They also are durable.

Great post for the money!
They work very well as a small garden fence post. The only thing you may want to be aware of is that they do lose their color within a year or so of UV exposure. Given the unit cost however, that is not a deal breaker to me.

Very hard to work with. Hard to use with wire. Had to break off the clip in order to move the stake. I like the metal stakes better
