Dinner in a Flash

Pressure cooker

But we dld a Beef stew in it ... omg so good and so easy ... only took about 45 mins and it was done ... I’m in love ... I would recommend this pressure cooker to everyone.

12.7 Qt Zavor
I use my Zavor for canning purposes. The only negative is that if you're not an experienced canner you do have to contact Zavor for instructions. The ones they provide are basic. I love it and this is a good size to be able to can multiple sizes and several jars at a time, I can even stack pints and 1/2 pints.

Under Pressure!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit I was skeptical and a little scared of a pressure cooker. I read the instructions and thought ok I can do this. The recipe I picked was Beer Braised Cabbage. I followed the instructions step by step. It was so simple to use and not scary like I thought! The cabbage came out so tender and literally took 5 mins to braise. I can't wait to try other recipes! I definitely recommend this pressure cooker!

Great pot and great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with this pot. When I first picked it up, I was in awe on the weight. Really hefty pot. One of the things I really like is how the lid doesn’t have to be aligned in any certain position. That’s one of the things I dislike about my current pressure cooker. The handles, although they’re short, they’re very strong and sturdy. The EZ lock feature is nice too because it’s safer and I don’t have to worry about locking the lid-it does it itself. I made some chicken chuck roast and the meat was so tender. It’s so convenient and great for quick meals.
